Hydraulic and pneumatic projects
We present examples of hydraulic and pneumatic projects. We present solutions that allowed us
to obtain precise operation of hydraulic cylinders. Our work consisted in the modernization of the
existing actuator, as well as the design and manufacture of an atypical actuator. The exact scope of
our actions is presented below.
Production of an atypical hydraulic cylinder
The actuator was designed and manufactured based on arrangements with the customer. Its design was prepared for the installation of a servo valve controlling the flow direction and a linear displacement transducer (ruler).

Modernization and regeneration of an atypical hydraulic cylinder
The customer had a problem with the piston seized and the piston rod damaged. He commissioned
us to adapt the actuator to another linear displacement transducer (ruler) associated with the
change of the measuring system.
We have modernized the piston-cylinder sealing system, modernized the cylinder for another
linear displacement transducer (ruler), and also regenerated the piston rod.

Modernization of the hydraulic press
The client had the following needs:
- bringing the machine to compliance with applicable safety regulations - including the
Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC,
- acceleration of the work cycle by 15%
We have designed and made a complete hydraulic system of the press with the use of a pump set with a variable displacement hydraulic pump, the maximum efficiency of which is 25% higher than that of the previously used pumps. The use of electrically controlled proportional valves in the hydraulic system allowed for smooth starting and stopping of the press ram movement and increasing its maximum speed. The use of variable displacement hydraulic pumps further improved the energy efficiency of the power pack. To control the operation of the press, we designed and made a control system with an operator panel. We have renovated the hydraulic cylinder of the press and made a new table for positioning the detail. In addition, we have equipped the press with new guards with safety curtains that stop the machine after the operator enters the danger zone.

Creation of a hydraulic power pack
The customer had a need to increase the efficiency of the machines, which was related to the need
to increase the efficiency of the central hydraulic power unit intended to drive these machines.
We have designed and manufactured a complete hydraulic power unit with the use of variable displacement hydraulic pumps, the maximum efficiency of which is 25% higher than that of the existing power unit. The use of variable displacement hydraulic pumps further improved the energy efficiency of the power pack. We have designed and manufactured a control system to control the operation of the power supply. We installed and commissioned the power supply and control system at the customer's premises.
